Delhi High Court Issued Notice To A Raja — Vijay Aggarwal Advocate Also Appeared
The Delhi High Court has given notification to previous Telecom Minister A. Raja and others on a Petition documented by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) looking for an early becoming aware of its advances against their quittance in the 2G Scam.
A solitary seat of Justice Brijesh Sethi asked the Respondents Raja and others to record their answers on the supplication looking for an early knowing about ED’s allure and recorded the issue for additional conference on September 21.
Additional Solicitor General Sanjay Jain, speaking to the ED, notified the Court that because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the issue was not heard after January 15, the day when the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) closed its contention.
Jain said that the Appeal to be heard quickly as Justice Sethi will demit the workplace on November 30 and further included that in the event that it will be heard anew by another seat it will be excessively expensive to the public exchequer.
The High Court saved request on the supplications documented by two organizations trying to deliver its properties joined by the office.
One of the requests was documented by Conwood Construction and Developers (P) Ltd, an Accused in the 2G Prevention of Money Laundering case, looking for the arrival of the properties joined by the ED by outfitting a reimbursement security.
Vijay Aggarwal Advocate, showing up for the benefit of the CCDPL, presented that the ED isn’t taking care of the properties post its connection and it has not covered property charge and other legal duty which are driving decreasing the estimation of the properties.
